The University Medical Centre provides general medical services for students, staff and non students living within the catchment area. The University Medical Centre is friendly, approachable, with doctors who are interested in student health and wish to ensure good physical and mental health and well being during your stay at University.
General contraceptive services are provided with absolute confidentiality. No medical or personal details are given to the University or your parents without your consent unless there is a public health issue.
We have an active role with the University and students are expected to register if they live in the halls of residence for public health reasons. You will see us at events such as Freshers Week, health promotion days and talks regarding travel vaccinations for field trips.
