Short videos are made beforehand to\nhighlight which ingredients are needed for the chosen healthy dish so everyone\ncan make it, wherever you are! The best thing about getting involved in the\nshow is you get to eat all the food after\u2026 What more could you ask for?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This week\u2019s episode was held on Thursday 23<sup>rd<\/sup> January\nhosted by RA, Siobhan. The dish which was made with the help of our culinary expert,\nChef Malcolm, was a very tasty Spicy Plant Burger. Chef Malcolm guided us\nthrough the process, teaching the viewers how to make the dish. The burger was\nmade with a kidney bean base, herbs and spices and lots of other tasty ingredients\n(which can be found below). The full 23 minute video can be found on our\nFacebook page, @Brunel.RAs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients List:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Red onion<\/li><li>Lime juice<\/li><li>Coriander<\/li><li>Mint<\/li><li>Pepper<\/li><li>Salt<\/li><li>Tomato<\/li><li>Cucumber<\/li><li>Mushrooms<\/li><li>Kidney beans<\/li><li>Marmite<\/li><li>Parsley<\/li><li>Carrots<\/li><li>Flour<\/li><li>Celery salt<\/li><li>Porridge oats<\/li><li>Onion powder<\/li><li>Garlic greens<\/li><li>Paprika <\/li><li>Cumin <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Residences Ambassadors want to say a big thank you to Chef Malcolm and also to say thank you to Sherry who allowed us to use her kitchen for this episode and for helping out with the making of the dish!
